Leclerc wins season opening Bahrain GP on Formula 1 circuit
Charles Leclerc of Ferrari has captured the season opening Bahrain Grand Prix as the 2022 Formula 1 campaign is underway.
Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz Jr. finished second while Lewis Hamilton finished third.
Red Bull's Max Verstappen, the 2021 F1 champion, did not finish the race after a late terminal issue.
