Lampard can land Everton's own Xavi by signing £10.8m-rated gem who has "everything" - opinion

Everton have been linked with Billy Gilmour ahead of the summer transfer window with his former boss Frank Lampard as manager, the connection is something the club can exploit to secure a deal.

Daily Star journalist Paul Brown has claimed Everton “need” a player like Billy Gilmour this summer.

Brown was speaking to GIVEMESPORT and said: “He is exactly the sort of player, in many respects, he is exactly the sort of player Everton need, someone who can just sit in front of the back four, dictate play, pick a good pass and keep the ball moving.”
