LaMelo Ball Whips Around A Rooftop On A Go-Kart Because...Why Not?

It's been a while since I've hopped into a go-kart and thrown down some laps, but I've got to admit, I'm jonesing to do it after seeing this video of Charlotte Hornet LaMelo Ball laying ribber on top of his penthouse apartment.

Just a few weeks removed from being accused of running over a fan's foot, Ball decided to do some driving somewhere no one (except one guy) is walking around.

Fortunately for us, there was someone in a building higher than the one that Ball lives in who captured what could be one of the funniest-looking videos I've seen in quite some time.

Nothing to see here: just a guy living his life like the kid from that movie Blank Check.

I feel like for many of us, if we came into an obscene amount of money and we could just spend it all like an idiot, it would only be a matter of days before we were driving a go-kart on top of an apartment building. Hell, I think that would be a first-12-hours activity for me.

Maybe six hours… It seems awesome.

Also, if you thought LaMelo was going to hog the go-kart in the sky, you are mistaken. The website All Hornets spoke to the dude who took the video and said that the other guy on the roof with Ball seemed to be working and watching dogs, but he also got some spins on the go-kart.

Quietly a smart move on LaMelo's part. I can tell you from experience that too much go-karting can make you motion sick. How the F1 guys do it is beyond me. Two races at an indoor go-kart place and I need to lay down or nibble on some saltines and ginger ale.

Ball only appeared in 22 games last season thanks to an ankle injury, but do you know what that means?

Plenty of time for karting.
