Klopp focusing on ‘difficult’ Norwich not ‘smallest problem’ Man City

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is only focusing on their next opponents Norwich rather than chasing title rivals Manchester City.

The Reds currently find themselves nine points behind City in the Premier League but do have a game in hand as they look to close the gap on Pep Guardiola’s side.

However, Liverpool boss Klopp is only focusing on the challenge posed by Norwich, who he admits he has admiration for.

“I have a lot of respect for Daniel Farke. Dean [Smith] has come in and he has done well because he is good. It’s a really good football-playing side.

“They don’t often get the results and that’s why they have the points tally they have, but they will not stop believing in staying in the league and I admire that.
