We’ve seen more than our fair share of players since the turn of the century that love nothing more than stirring up trouble – and quite frankly, you often can’t help but love it.

These masters of the dark arts usually divide opinion amongst fans.

If they play for your club, brilliant. You love someone that fights for the badge, bending the rules a touch where necessary – just so long as it aids your chance of winning.

If they don’t or dare we say even play for a rival, well, the less said the better in that case.

It always helps to have one or two players in your side that are partial to a bit of ‘housery’, though.

But imagine if you had an entire XI full of troublemakers?

If you go back to the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, you could probably find that in the form of Wimbledon.

Accurately nicknamed, ‘The Crazy Gang’, this bunch of hardmen led by Vinnie Jones and John Fashanu were notorious for the trail of destruction left in their path.

We’ll never see anything like it in modern football, that’s for sure.

Hypothetically, though, we do reckon that there’s a combined XI of players that plied their trade more recently which might have been able to give the Crazy Gang a run for their money.
