Judd Trump fires 147 on his way to Turkish Masters victory
Former world champion Judd Trump made a maximum break of 147 on his way to victory in the inaugural Turkish Masters.
Trump received a standing ovation from the crowd in Antalya after potting 15 reds, 15 blacks and the six colours in the 10th frame of the final against Matt Selt.
The clearance took the left-hander into a 7-3 lead and he went on to make further breaks of 73, 82 and 114 to seal a 10-4 victory and secure the £100,000 first prize.
"There was a time this season where I've been struggling quite badly so last week was a bit of a confidence boost to get to the final," said Trump, who lost the Welsh Open final to Joe Perry last weekend.
"This is a special one to battle back the way I have done and get the victory against Matt and I owe him a lot. At the start of my career he was the person that told me to go down to Essex and that's where my career took off."
Every ball of that extraordinary @judd147t maximum break!
