Jose Aldo buying his first ever suit makes for such wholesome viewing

The king of Rio may be set for life when it comes to money. However, that wasn’t always the case.

At 35 years of age, Jose Aldo will undoubtedly go down as one of the best mixed martial artists to grace the Octagon.

Making his professional debut in 2004, Aldo would impress across the Brazilian regional scene before signing with the WEC.

Under the promotion, the Brazilian would defeat the likes of Cub Swanson, Mike Brown and Urijah Faber before competing in the UFC.

It was never easy for Aldo to earn a proper living in the sport before signing with the biggest MMA promotion.

However, his reaction to buying his first suit is so wholesome.

His reaction shows that he believes he has finally made it, and it is fair to say that he was lost for words.

When Aldo is happy, then so are the rest of the MMA community and everyone in the comment section was simply loving the clip of the Brazilian obtaining his first suit.

“This is so heartwarming.”

“One of the most wholesome videos ever. He came from nothing.”

“Awesome to see someone achieve and appreciate the little moments. His smile is so infectious.”

“That’s really wholesome. You can see the guy probably came from nothing.”

Aldo made his UFC debut against Mark Hominick back in 2011. His WEC featherweight title was promoted to the UFC title after his victory against Manny Gamburyan, so, the fight against Hominick was his first successful defence.

Needless to say that it wouldn’t be his last successful defence of the featherweight title.

He would go on the beat the likes of Chad Mendes, Frankie Edgar, Chan Sung Jung and Ricardo Lamas before losing to Conor McGregor.

With that being said, many still consider him as one of, if not the greatest, featherweight of all time.
