Jorge Masvidal next fight: Conor McGregor makes the most sense
Jorge Masvidal wants to fight Conor McGregor on his UFC return – but he’s not sure if it’ll happen next.
The two MMA superstars have traded verbal blows plenty of times in the past over a potential ‘Baddest Motherf***er’ clash.
And one week after the self-titled ‘Notorious’ channelled his inner Arnold Schwarzenegger to squash retirement rumours, Masvidal has thrown his name into the hat to face him when he makes his Octagon comeback.
Talking to MMA Fighting, Masvidal however admitted he doesn’t know ‘if it’s going to happen’, saying: “The [fight] that makes the most sense is that little b***h Conor [McGregor].

“I wouldn’t mind getting a fat paycheck for beating that f***ing midget’s a** up.
“I don’t know if it’s going to happen.
“Gilbert [Burns] makes sense, but also Leon [Edwards] has been calling me out left right and centre saying he wants to defend the title [if he beats Kamaru Usman at UFC 278] against me.
“Let’s go, I’ll go to England and beat your a** again.
“So that one is the one that’s probably in the front of the pack right now if I’m being honest with you.
“I want to fight Gilbert but is it going to be this year or next I don’t know I’ve got to heal myself up.
“And also not to be a Debbie Downer but I’ve got some legal issues as well that I’ve got take care of and address and then I’ll get right back on the murder scene.
“But right now they’re trying to hit me with all types of charges. I’m facing three felonies, man. I’ve got all types of crazy s**t I’ve got to deal with.
