John Terry's Declan Rice advice predicts Chelsea blow if West Ham set for Record-Breaking window

John Terry’s advice is something that Chelsea fans do not take lightly. If the Carefree legend has an opinion, then it is listened to. It’s not often we hear him come up with outlandish statements, to be fair. In his latest interview with Astro SuperSport, Terry shared some gems, and he told us exactly what Chelsea fans wanted to hear. However, he followed up with a nightmare that could prevent our dreams from coming true.

First, Terry pitched Mason Mount to become the new Chelsea captain. Now the ex-Chelsea and West Ham player has given the Hammers some advice that the Chelsea faithful did not need to hear.

Asked if he'd give Declan Rice a little nudge about returning to Chelsea, Terry told Astro SuperSport,

"I'm going to get in trouble here! You know what, Dec obviously loves Chelsea – I think everyone knows that.

"I think he's given everything to West Ham. And for me, unless West Ham go and make a big statement in the summer and go and spend £100million plus and say, "We want to keep Dec, and we want to bring in top players like you", then I think he's got a decision to make."

"I think if West Ham go and spend huge amounts of money, bring in top players, then I think it's difficult for him to walk away."

The likelihood of the Hammers going big in the transfer window is not as far-fetched as some may believe.
