John Lewis rivals Marks and Spencer with £45 Mother’s Day beauty box that's worth three times as much

Mother's Day is a time to celebrate the mums in your life and be vocal about how much you appreciate them, whether it is your mum, the mother to you children or other women with children in your life. If you're stuck on gift ideas, you might want to turn your attention to John Lewis.

The high-end department store has joined the likes of LookFantastic and Marks and Spencer and have launched a beauty box that offers you £130-worth of product for just less than a third of the price. The gift set is said to deliver a spa-quality pamper session from the comfort of your home, The Mirror reports.

The John Lewis The Mother's Day Beauty Edit, which comes in at £45, offers hard-working mums a time to rest and relax with its selection of luxury skincare, perfume and beauty picks. In fact, the beauty box offers some full-sized products from high-end brands such as Elizabeth Arden and the celeb-approved Floral Street perfume.

There are 11 products in the box in total, and even some of the sample sizes aren’t to be sniffed at. The Sunday Riley Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream 8ml being worth around £30 based on the full sized 15ml being £60.

But it’s not the only high value product in the box, with a bottle of 10ml Floral Street Wonderland Peony also stashed inside, worth £29.
