Jake Paul turned down $100,000 offer to spar Claressa Shields ahead of Savannah Marshall fight

Jake Paul rejected a $100,000 dollar offer to spar Claressa Shields, the GWOAT herself has revealed.

The former three-weight world champion claimed she has seen him ‘two or three times’ since he turned down that deal but he hasn’t spoken to her in person despite attending the same events.

Boxing star Shields faces Savannah Marshall on September 10 at the O2 Arena for the undisputed middleweight world championship.

The pair have been going back and forth on social media for several months now after she suffered the first defeat of her professional MMA career.

In reaction, Shields told Paul to turn up to her gym for a sparring session ahead of her unification fight next month.

But The Problem Child was having none of it as her request has apparently fallen on deaf ears.

Speaking exclusively to GiveMeSport.com about her proposed offer to Paul, Shields said: “I told him that we could spar for 100,000 dollars and whoever wins gets that 100,000 dollars. He didn’t want to spar against me. And I’ve actually seen Jake Paul in person two or three times but he didn’t say anything.

“I’ve seen people run up to him and ask for pictures. I’m not one of those people. That’s never going to happen with me.

“I’m not a fan of him. I do think he’s funny. He should be like a comedian or something.
