ITV I'm A Celebrity fans baffled as Richard Coles told someone's 'passed on' during unseen letters from home moment

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here fans were looking for clarification as an unseen moment was shared online in which Reverend Richard Coles was seemingly told someone had 'passed on'.

But in a moment not aired in the main show but played out on spin-off, I'm A Celebrity... Unpacked, on ITV2 before it was shared on social media, GK was heard reading another part of Richard's letter in which she said: "Dickie's passed on..." then paused. The awkward silence prompted laughter as GK tried to make sense of what she was reading.

Richard joked: "I suppose someone had to tell me!" before a shocked Danny Jones said: "Grammar is important, kids!" GK then read out what the part of the letter actually said after it was checked over by Coleen Rooney.

Alongside the post on Instagram, the caption read: "This could have gone sOoOoOoO wrong
