ITV Emmerdale fans 'rumble' future Mack storyline as mystery woman revealed as someone close to home

Emmerdale fans think they have 'rumbled' what's next for Mackenzie Boyd as he returned home to his girlfriend Charity Dingle after cheating on her. Fans of the ITV soap watched as he lied to Charity about his whereabouts after staying out the night following a row.

The couple were left heartbroken last month when they discovered Charity was suffering an eptopic pregnancy. After initially planning an abortion, Charity soon came round to the idea of being a mum again but in emotional scenes, he rushed Charity to hospital, who was doubled over in pain, where she was told her pregnancy wasn't viable.

Since then, the pair have struggled to communicate with each other over their feelings as they both deal with their loss in different ways. In scenes aired early this week, Mack plucked up the courage to suggest they try for another baby, but Charity lost it. She told him it wasn't what she wanted and that she might not even fall pregnant again. But Mack didn't listen and even suggested they looked into IVF.

"If you wanna be a dad someday it is not gonna be with me, so if you are that desperate to have a sprog you are gonna have to find somebody else," Charity fumed and Mack stormed off. He returned to The Hide where he bumped into Moira and told him how cruel Charity had been.

He later sulked off into town and the next thing viewers knew, Mack was in bed with another woman. As he checked his phone and saw the missed calls from Charity, he smirked when the mystery lady knocked his phone out of his hand, before getting cosy under the sheets again.
