ITV Dancing On Ice viewers ask 'why' as they make same remark over scoring of Eddie Edwards

ITV Dancing On Ice Viewers have criticised the judges' marking for one particular couple and can't seem to understand why they're scoring so high.

Eddie Edwards and Vicky Ogden appeared on the ice tonight to perform What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction. While the judges themselves seemed immensely impressed with the performance, giving a total 33.5 out of 40, they're highest score as a couple in the show so far.

However, some viewers feel that they were scored so high, with some mentioning that the performance was less than perfect. Some viewers went so far as to break down where Eddi especially went wrong with his routine.

One fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "Love Eddie but feel that was overmarked," while a second added: "Eddie was overmarked imo." A third viewer pointed out: "Why is Eddie scoring so highly on #DancingOnIce? He stumbled at least three times!"

However, not everyone agrees that the pair were overmarked and felt it was well deserved. Some viewers even gave a higher score themselves.

A second added: "Eddie was great at least a 9." while a third said: "I give Eddie and Vicky 8.5. Brilliant jumps, spins and energy on the ice! I would like you to continue pushing yourself with content. There were a few stumbles, or else this would've scored higher for me. Well done."
