IPL 2022, RCB vs SRH: Faf, Hasaranga guide Royal Challengers Bangalore to 67-run romp over Sunrisers Hyderabad

Royal Challengers Bangalore recovered from an ordinary start. Sunrisers Hyderabad didn't and suffered their fourth successive defeat. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was an exception but RCB added 99 runs in the last 10 overs with du Plessis' unbeaten 73 (50b, 4x8, 6x2) putting them on course to a match-winning total after Virat Kohli fell to a golden duck against SRH for the second time in this edition of IPL. Glenn Maxwell helped himself too, but if the unbroken fourth wicket partnership of 33 runs between du Plessis and Karthik in just 10 deliveries made it difficult, SRH made the target daunting as skipper Kane Williamson was run out without facing a delivery and Abhishek Sharma succumbed to Maxwell.
