Inspire Sports Academy hosts exciting double-header friendlies

Inspire Sports Academy is set to light up the football scene tomorrow, 16 January 2025, with two thrilling friendly matches at the Inspire Sports Arena, located at the NITEL Playing Ground in Cappa, Oshodi, Lagos.

The first match will see Inspire Sports Academy face Seamoriow Football Academy, with kickoff scheduled for 8:00 AM. Shortly after, the Academy will take on DR WAT FC in the second game, all at the same venue.

Speaking about the importance of these friendly fixtures, the Head of Academy, Francis Ogete, highlighted their role in player development and team cohesion. “These matches are essential for assessing the players’ progress and fostering their development in a competitive setting. They also offer a platform to test our team’s strategies, evaluate individual performances, and ensure continuous improvement on and off the pitch. It’s an opportunity for our players to gain practical experience and improve their game,” he said.

Inspire Sports Academy, though relatively new, has set ambitious goals. The Academy aims to establish itself as one of West Africa’s leading football academies in the coming years, nurturing talent and fostering excellence in the sport.

Football enthusiasts and supporters are encouraged to attend and witness the budding talents in action as they take another step towards fulfilling their aspirations on the pitch.
