I thought Tyson Fury beat Oleksandr Usyk in their first fight - but he will win rematch

Tyson Fury has a track record of winning rematches by stoppage. Now, it remains to be seen if he can replicate it against Oleksandr Usyk.

There's no questioning Fury's performances when he faces former opponents, again. First, it was John McDermott, followed by Derek Chisora and then Deontay Wilder.

All three failed to hear the final bell. Granted, we're now dealing with Usyk, who is on a completely different level. However, their initial encounter - in May - was a tightly contested bout I thought Tyson emerged victorious, some argued in favour of Usyk.

The judges were also divided. Had there been no knockdown, then Tyson would have won the fight. Therefore, it wouldn't take much to alter the outcome, and I believe Tyson will do just that.

His dominance could mirror his second fight with Wilder, where he completely overpowered him after a close first match. I'm not suggesting that these will be Tyson's tactics, but his approach to that fight was commendable.

This week, we had the press conference in London, and it was refreshing to see Tyson geared up for the rematch. Usyk made an appearance dressed as The Hitman from a video game and film series.

He's undoubtedly a character and a formidable fighter whom we respect immensely. However, I firmly believe that Tyson will exact his revenge on December 21.

Frank Warren was speaking to The Daily Star in his latest column ahead of the much-anticipated rematch between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, which will take place in Saudi Arabia on December 21.
