'I don't know who it is' - TV pundit forgets who West Ham star is in hilarious video

In a recent video online, Carlton Palmer hilariously forgot West Ham star man Jarrod Bowen’s name, accidentally mistaking him for Phil Foden.

Bowen has been in inspiring form for West Ham this season, as he has scored eight goals whilst registering 10 assists in 27 Premier League appearances, according to Transfermarkt.

The English winger has already equalled his goal tally from the last campaign, and there are still 11 games to go for West Ham, so he has plenty of time to beat it.

However, Carlton Palmer rather embarrassingly forgot the Hammers star’s name in a video on the GIVEMESPORT YouTube channel.

A group of ex-professionals were given a number of tasks, with the reward of receiving a player as they built a 5-a-side team of Premier League stars.

After completing one set of challenges, when being presented with a picture of Bowen as part of his 5-a-side team, he said: “I don’t know who it is, it’s Foden, is it?”

Bowen has been excellent for the Hammers this season as they look to push for the top four. He has an average rating of 7.11 in his last five league games, as per SofaScore, including an 8.4 rating against Watford and a 7.9 against Leicester City.

His impressive performances could be enough to get him called up to the next England squad, especially due to the poor form of some of his competitors on the wing.

Marcus Rashford has been a regular in the England squad over the past few years, and he has had an average SofaScore rating of just 6.72 over the past five games, so if Gareth Southgate was to base his squad on form, then Bowen could get the nod.

However, West Ham may have to fight off some of the big Premier League clubs if they want to keep hold of their man in
