'I completed Wilmslow Road's Pancake Day eating challenge and still had room for more'
It’s Pancake Day - and many people across the country are celebrating the occasion by tucking into those sweet, soft and aromatic pieces of flat cake. Also known as Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day is a Christian tradition that serves as the final chance worshippers are allowed to indulge before the start of Lent.
