Korean carmaker Hyundai agreed a five-year deal to be the club's shirt sleeve sponsor in 2018, but have now confirmed they have suspended marketing and communication activities with the club.
The statement reads: "In the current circumstances, we have taken the decision to suspend our marketing and communication activities with the Club until further notice."
On Thursday, just hours after news of action against Abramovich, 55, had been confirmed, mobile phone provider Three confirmed they were suspending their relationship with the Premier League giants.
“In light of the government’s recently announced sanctions, we have requested Chelsea Football Club temporarily suspend our sponsorship of the club, including the removal of our brand from shirts and around the stadium until further notice," a statement released.
