Hull KR confirm date and time for Challenge Cup clash with Leigh Centurions

Hull KR's Challenge Cup sixth-round tie against Leigh Centurions has been scheduled for Saturday, March 26 at 3pm.

The clubs have settled on a date and time after the match was overlooked by broadcasters.

It will be the third cup meeting between the clubs at Craven Park in four years.

The teams also met at Leigh Sports Village in 2017, with the Robins coming out on top on each occasion.

Rovers beat the Centurions three times in Super League last year, including a comfortable win at Magic Weekend in September.

Leigh have won four of their opening five games on their return to the Championship under new head coach Adrian Lam.

The Centurions reached the last 16 thanks to a late comeback against Bradford Bulls on Monday night.

The winners of next week's tie will advance to the quarter-finals, which are scheduled to be played on the weekend of April 8-10.

Rovers fell at the first hurdle last year after suffering a golden-point defeat to eventual finalists Castleford Tigers in an epic last-16 tie.
