How to watch Man City vs Atletico Madrid - UK TV channel, online live stream, kick-off, early team news
Manchester City host Atletico Madrid tonight in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. While City will go into the tie as favourites, few relish the underdog tag quite like coach Diego Simeone.
Atletico are aiming to become the first side since Juventus in the 1976-77 UEFA Cup to knock both Manchester clubs out of European competition in the same season. Madrid won 1-0 at Old Trafford, 2-1 on aggregate, to progress past the Red Devils last month.
Europe's premier club competition remains the holy grail for Pep Guardiola and his City side. They will, though, take encouragement from the fact they have lost only once in their previous nine knock-out Champions League games.
Coverage of City's first leg clash against Atletico Madrid will be broadcast live on BT Sport 2 from 7pm. Kick-off is one hour later at 8pm.
