How Manchester United should line up vs Bournemouth in Premier League fixture

Manchester United take on Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

United lost 1-0 against Wolves at Old Trafford last weekend. The Premier League campaign has essentially been written off at United, and Ruben Amorim understands that winning the Europa League in Bilbao at the end of next month is the only way to salvage a miserable campaign.

United should aim to play the team that is likely to start against Athletic Bilbao. Match rhythm is vital and some players cannot be undercooked going into their biggest game in decades.

Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro, Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes should all start but not necessarily play the full 90 minutes. Harry Amass has a chance to stake a claim for a starting role against Athletic as Noussair Mazraoui will be needed at centre back on Thursday.

Patrick Dorgu on the right wing is not ideal but United will have to make do for now.
