How long is left on Roberto Firmino's current contract at Liverpool?

With this summer bringing up 7 years on Merseyside for Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino, it is safe to assume the Reds' number nine has happily found a second home. Joining from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim back in 2015, 'Bobby' as he is more commonly known, has played a pivotal part in Jurgen Klopp's successes at Anfield.

Registering 96 goals and 73 assists in 318 appearances for the side, Firmino's dazzling footwork and eye for goal have made himself somewhat of a fans favourite at Anfield. Now aged 30, and with injuries hindering his game time this season, the striker has still contributed in crucial moments, none more so than in the Champions League, opening the score in the Reds 2-0 win over Inter Milan at the San Siro last month.

Only starting 8 of Liverpool's 27 Premier League games this campaign is a telling sign of how much football Firmino has missed, with eight substitutes appearances albeit along the way. But now fit again, it is hoped the Brazilian can contribute when it matters most, as Klopp's men go in search of another three pieces of silverware this season.

Bobby's current deal with the Reds will expire on June 30, 2023.

At present, according to popular site TransferMarkt, the 30-year-old striker is valued at £38million.

Like many others, 'Bobby' has endured a superb spell with Liverpool, winning accolades on a personal level, as well as a long side his time mates. At present, the Reds number nine has won, Premier League (2019-20), UEFA Champions League (2018-19), EFL Cup (2021-22), UEFA Super Cup (2019) and the FIFA Club World Cup (2019).
