How every 2027 five-star college football prospect will fit - ESPN

The 2027 five-star class is nearly settled. After wide receiver Monshun Sales' historic pledge to Indiana on July 17, only one of the 23 five-star prospects in the latest SC NEXT ESPN 300 rankings — No. 2 running back David Gabriel Georges — remains uncommitted this summer.

Defensive tackle Jalen Brewster, ESPN's No. 1 overall prospect, has been committed to Texas Tech since last November. Top-ranked quarterback Elijah Haven (No. 6 overall) gave his pledge to Alabama this spring. All three of ESPN's highest-ranked offensive tackles — Florida pledge Maxwell Hiller and Texas A&M commits Kennedy Brown and Mark Matthews — have been off the board since mid-May. Across the country, no program holds more five-star commitments than the Aggies, who reach later summer with six five-stars in the nation's No. 1 class.
