The proposal, groundbreaking in the Canary Islands hotel scene, turns the Hotel Vulcano restaurant into a cultural, gastronomic and social hotspot.
“Music is part of our day-to-day; harnessing that powerful tool to create a pleasant atmosphere at times like breakfast is a very inspiring way to get you started.
"The figure of the DJ is a distinguishing factor, and customers love the fact that the music is live,” explained Carlos Martínez, the group's music manager.
Diners enjoy a menu that varies from continental classics, including natural fruit juices, handmade pastries, eggs made to order, and the best cured meats to creative seasonal bowls or salmon bagels.
