Home favourite Mone Inami holds nerve to win Japan Clas
Home favourite Mone Inami earned her first ever victory on the LPGA Tour as she held off Shiho Kuwaki and Seon Woo Bae to win the Japan Classic.

Inami started her final round a shot behind compatriots Kuwaki and Nasa Hataoka but a closing three-under-par 69 lifted her to 22-under overall, which proved enough to earn the title.
Kuwaki finished with a 71 while Seon-Woo Bae's 69 saw her enter the equation. They both fell short by one shot however, with Hataoka finishing four off the pace as she signed off with a scrappy 74.
It's a significant success for Inami, who took the silver medal behind Nelly Korda at the Tokyo Games two years ago.
Stephanie Meadow ended the weekend with a one-over 73 that left her on six-under-par for the tournament.
