Hollyoaks Blue's identity in jaw-dropping twist in major blow for Warren Fox

Blue has finally been unmasked to Hollyoaks fans.

Viewers have been waiting for the reveal of the mysterious villain's identity for weeks after red-herrings and clues in the popular Channel 4 soap.

Mysterious 'Blue' became a talking point among villagers last month after Blue-coated bullets – his signature calling card – were recovered from the scene a shooting.

Village detective Zoe Anderson (Garcia Brown) confirmed that the infamous 'Blue', a gangster who is feared by the criminal underworld, had gone to ground seven years ago but now he’s back and he's out to get Warren Fox's (Jamie Lomas) blood.

The evil character has already murdered Warren's mum Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) in cold blood and is set to cause even more chaos for the villager.

During the latest episode, available to stream now on Channel 4, Blue held a meeting with one of his cohorts in the Dog car park. Taking off his infamous motorcycle helmet for the first time, fans got to see his face for the first time.

It was revealed that Dave Williams (Dominic Power) is 'Blue'. He told his accomplice Rex (Jonny Labey): "When Lizzie's baby died because of me everything changed. I looked Blue in a box and I became Dave, a normal guy with no edge who looked forward to games night with his family.

"When Lizzie went, 'Blue' came to take hold again and now out of nowhere this scrappy kid who I had taken under my wing when I worked for Frazer Black walks back into my life all grown up I thought, 'Blue' now has someone to help him take down Warren."

A flashback montage of the last six months revisited the path that got Blue to this point and he vowed not to stop until he has taken Warren’s family from him. Fans will know that Warren is responsbile for Dave's daughter
