Holly Willoughby tells secret to long marriage with husband Dan amid 'madness of life' as she's seen planting kiss

Holly Willoughby has shared her secret to her long marriage with her husband Dan Baldwin as they prepare to celebrate their anniversary. The This Morning star is currently enjoying a break away from her presenting duties and has been soaking up the sun with her man and their family.

Last month, Holly, 42, was spotted soaking up the sun in Portugal. The TV beauty often retreats to Southwestern Europe during her breaks from the small screen with her husband and their three children - Harry, Belle and Chester.

And while she's enjoying an eight-week holiday from This Morning, she has been keeping those subscribed to her newsletter for her wellness brand Wylde Moon updated. In her latest message, Holly posted a picture of herself and Dan sharing a kiss as they sat on the beach during sunset.

"Hello August! I’m so happy you’ve arrived…but please let the weather know that you’re here…the summer sunshine is slightly lacking!" she started her latest newsletter.

"I absolutely love the calm, hazy vibe that August brings – in fact, it might be one of my favourite months of the year – just don’t tell December," she joked. "The kids are off, football’s on a break and we all get to just be; no alarms, no Sunday night homework/uniform panic and no rigid routines. It’s finally time to take a breath and give ourselves precious time together to recharge our batteries."

She then went on to share why this month may be her favourite as Holly continued to type: "August also happens to be the month I got married, so it’s always a nostalgic time for Dan and I. It will be 16 years this year, which feels crazy in so many ways.
