Hojgaard twins looking for another win as the DP World Tour returns to Europe
The DP World Tour returns to European soil for the first time since October this week and two increasingly familiar names are among the favourites to capture the new event: the ISPS Handa Championship in Spain.
Danish twins and Rasmus and Nicolai Hojgaard have been taking the tour by storm in the last few seasons, racking up five wins between them in a combined 100 starts.
The 20-year-olds are being touted as possibles for the next Ryder Cup and it's intriguing that one of those five wins, by Nicolai, came at the 2023 venue: Marco Simone Golf Club in Rome.
His victory there came last summer, exactly a week on from Rasmus capturing the European Masters in Switzerland.
It didn't go so well for Nicolai, who missed cuts at the Honda Classic, Arnold Palmer Invitational and Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship.
