Manchester United fans have been sharing their reactions to today's team news at Southampton as Casemiro starts on the bench at St Mary's.

The ex-Real Madrid man joined United on Monday but arrived too late to be registered for the visit of Liverpool. However, the Brazilian midfielder is able to be a part of the Reds team but could not break into the starting XI.

Ten Hag has instead opted to pick the exact same team that started the victory over Liverpool. The only change has seen Casemiro come onto the bench with Anthony Martial dropping out.

United's boss confirmed on Friday that the Frenchman was suffering with an Achilles injury but that he could return for the next fixture against Leicester City. An unchanged team means that Anthony Elanga retains his place having been subbed for Martial at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag will be expecting the same level of performance this lunchtime as he saw at Old Trafford earlier this week. Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford were among the goals at the Theatre of Dreams as the Reds recorded their first three points of the campaign.
