Harry Maguire Rinsed Online For 'No-Look Defending' Against Southampton Striker Armando Broja

The Saints were incredibly right at Old Trafford, with on-loan Chelsea striker Armand Broja continuing to make a serious impression.

He gave Maguire a torrid time and there was one moment in the second half when the 20-year-old completely rinsed him.

Broja beat the England centre-back in a foot-race down the left flank and twisted him inside and out before exploding into the penalty area.

And one particular still image ended up doing the rounds on social media, where Maguire looked like he was trying a new defensive strategy.

Maguire was also spun by Burnley's 6ft 6 striker Wout Weghorst on Tuesday prior to Jay Rodriguez's equaliser at Turf Moor and received criticism from former United defender Rio Ferdinand.

In the sequence with Broja, there was a penalty shout as Maguire challenged the Albania international inside the box - and then stood on his foot afterwards.

Former United midfielder Kleberson believes Rangnick needs to make the brave call as the £80 million man is a weak link at present.
