Harry Kane and Declan Rice on Erik ten Hag shortlist and more Manchester United transfer rumours

Manchester United will reportedly hand Erik ten Hag a substantial transfer war chest in the summer, with Harry Kane and Declan Rice top of the club’s wish list.
