Haller, Sule, Adeyemi: Borussia Dortmund's impressive 2022/23 squad depth
Borussia Dortmund have officially completed the signing of Sebastien Haller.
On Wednesday, the Bundesliga outfit announced the arrival of the Ivorian striker from Ajax in a deal worth around €31 million.
Haller scored goals for fun in Amsterdam last season following an ill-fated spell at West Ham United and has previously smashed it in the German top-flight too.
The 28-year-old spent two years at Eintracht Frankfurt before jetting off to England in 2019 and in that time, he scored 33 goals and assisted a further 19 in 77 appearances.
Haller and Dortmund look like a match made in heaven, particularly after Erling Haaland‘s move to Manchester City.
Edin Terzic’s side were in desperate need of a new striker and in Haller, they’ve got one who certainly knows where the back of the net is.
In 65 games for Ajax, he bagged 45 goals, including 11 in just eight Champions League outings.
