GTI lists investment opportunities for potential NPFL partners

NPFL

Strategic partners to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), GTI Asset Management and Trust Limited, has released investment opportunities for partners/sponsors of the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL).

The firm has also assured stakeholders of its commitment to the development of Nigerian football, while outlining various investment opportunities in the league.

Listing the categories of sponsorship of the league, GTI said the partnership/sponsorship packages for would-be partners have been categorised into four, including Title Partner, Official Partners, Associate Partners and Regional Partners.

Head, Media & Publicity, GTI/TNFF, Andrew Ekejiuba, yesterday, disclosed that the marketing team, led by The Nigeria Football Fund (TNFF) Project Director, Nelson Ine, said the firm would collaborate with investors to ensure the development of the NPFL.

He said: “GTI has continued to receive massive commendations and accolades from stakeholders of Nigerian football following their immense contributions towards the successful operations and hosting of the NPFL 2022/2023 Championships Play-offs in Lagos in which the winners, Enyimba of Aba, received N100 million as prize money and a giant trophy courtesy of GTI.

“GTI has officially commenced engagements with partners/sponsors and investors to partner with the NPFL. The process is ongoing and we are making huge progress in this regard based on the interest expressed by prospective partners.

“GTI also wants to build on the successes achieved at the just concluded 2022/2023 season and reposition the league, using international best practices as our guide.

“We are aware that expectations are very high ahead of the 2023/2024 season and we at GTI are equal to the task.”
