GTA 6: Leaker claims reveal coming soon as game clears 'major milestone'

There is no denying that the sixth instalment of the Grand Theft Auto series is one of the most highly anticipated releases in video game history.

GTA V hit the shelves all the way back in September 2013 and fans have been eagerly awaiting any sort of news pertaining to the franchise’s next release.

Over the last several years, various leaks have come out with regards to the development of the game. Now, the video game world has another one via Twitter that may generate some excitement.

According to French journalist Chris Klippel, developers of GTA VI have reached a major milestone in terms of the game’s development.

He tweeted: “An important step in the development of #GTA6 has just been reached. Things should speed up (internally at Rockstar).

“I think that a (real) announcement at the end of the year may be possible. In any case, I don’t see the game arriving before the end of 2024!” 

Une étape importante dans le développement de #GTA6 viendrait d’être atteinte. Les choses devraient s’accélérer (en interne chez Rockstar). Je pense qu’une (vraie) annonce en fin d’année peut être envisageable. Dans tous les cas, je ne vois pas le jeu arriver avant fin 2024 !
