Glowing Pitso ebullient about Benni getting Man United gig: 'He's opening doors for us'
Former Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane spoke glowingly about Benni McCarthy getting the Manchester United job as an assistant coach in charge of finishing.
Mosimane received his CAF Pro Licence certificate from SAFA president Danny Jordaan at a press conference attended by Anastasia Tsichlas (SAFA executive) and Jessica Motaung (CAF member and Kaizer Chiefs marketing manager).

Last month, McCarthy was confirmed as a Red Devils first team coach under manager Erik Ten Hag.
"Very good. Yes, very good," said Mosimane when asked about Benni's appointment that drew awe from his countrymen.
"He's opening doors for us, even though he's just doing strikers and midfielders. It's a positive step, so let's support it.
"Maybe they will see him and say, by the way, he's good at other things. You know, even when you start at a company, you start small and then you grow inside.
"I hope he grows inside and he becomes a head coach. When he becomes a head coach and he does well, other people will say, oh, there're other coaches in South Africa that can do the same."
Mosimane, himself, said he was in no hurry to get into any old coaching gig after leaving Egyptian Premier League side Al Ahly earlier this year by mutual consent.
