Ospreys head to Kingsholm tonight to face Gloucester in the Challenge Cup quarter-final (8pm).

The European competition has really reached the business end now, with both sides reaching the last eight following morale-boosting wins. The hosts saw off Castres a week ago, while the Ospreys beat Sale at a packed-out Brewery Field.

Toby Booth's side travel to West Country in fine fettle and make just one change to the team that emerged victorious in Bridgend. Sam Parry returns to the starting XV, with Lewis Lloyd dropping to the bench.

Wales centre Max Llewellyn starts for the hosts this evening, with Warren Gatland and his Wales selectors likely to be keeping tabs on proceedings.
