Glazers keeping Erik ten Hag in the dark over Sir Jim Ratcliffe investment in Manchester United

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is being kept in the dark by the Glazer family amid expected investment in the club by the Ineos Group.

United co-chairman Joel Glazer has not attended a game at Old Trafford since April 2019 and has barely communicated with supporters during his family's 18-and-a-half-year ownership of the club.

United also excluded Sancho from their squad photo at the end of last month and Sancho merchandise features heavily in a clearance sale on the club website. Ten Hag reiterated "everything has been said about him".

United resume their season against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Saturday night, having won their last match against Brentford through two Scott McTominay goals in the 93rd and 97th minute.
