Many music lovers around the country will be counting down the days until this year’s edition of the famous Somerset festival, but for the thousands of unlucky people who missed out on tickets the first time round, all hope is not lost.

Tickets for Glastonbury are notoriously difficult to acquire, and this year was no different. Website crashes, payment failures, and just the sheer number of hopeful attendees caused heartbreak for thousands of people who had furiously been hitting the refresh button the second tickets went on sale.

But there is still a chance to bag a ticket. That’s because the festival is releasing a limited number of tickets later this month that have been cancelled or refunded.

There will be three windows in which to apply for resale tickets in the coming weeks. These will consist of general admission tickets, ticket plus coach travel options, and accommodation only options.
