Give old Sunday roast leftovers a new lease of life with 'ultimate' loaded fries recipe

Roast dinner leftovers can last an age – especially if you're not surrounded by a big family who help you to polish everything off.

That can mean we spent days reheating the same meal, which can feel rather dull after a while. Thankfully though, there's a way to spruce up your old Sunday lunch remnants without much hassle.

On TikTok, a user called BiteWise (@bite_wise) excitedly revealed how to turn your scraps into delicious loaded fries. It will really give them a new lease of life!

They wrote: "Sunday Roast Fries the ultimate way to turn leftovers into a feast! Crispy fries loaded with chicken, stuffing, bacon, and smothered in rich gravy. The perfect comfort food twist on a classic Sunday dinner."

In the clip, Bitewise began sharing the method. They advised: "First, fry some chips at 180C for around 10 minutes, then add some bacon into a pan and then cook that out for a few minutes until it gets golden and crispy. Once you've got your bacon how you like it, put it into a separate container and by that time your chips should be cooked."

Next, theye recommended draining any grease from the chips, before seasoning them with salt and placing them on the plate. Continuing the advice, BiteWise added: "Load it up with some stuffing, then you're going to want to follow that up with some leftover chicken from the Sunday dinner and the crispy bacon bits from a few moments ago."

Almost ready to be eaten, BiteWise closed the video by pouring gravy over everything. The TikToker added: "There you have it folks, loaded Sunday roast fries - they're absolutely amazing and take no time at all."

The recipe proved a big hit on TikTok, where people rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts. One said: "It's obvious but that
