Gillingham manager Gareth Ainsworth wants the club’s fanbase to take a step back from voicing their frustrations and back the players ahead of trip to Shrewsbury in League 2

Gillingham boss Gareth Ainsworth wants the club’s fans to channel their support towards the players.

“That's the way I'll run and that's the way I'll always run. That's the way I live my life so I'm quite proud of that.”
