“Genuinely incredible” – Prediction made ahead of Luton v Millwall clash

Sky Sports EFL pundit David Prutton has predicted Luton Town will secure a fourth Championship win in five games when they host Millwall at Kenilworth Road on Saturday.

The Hatters have won more points in 2022 than any other side in the top tier and climbed to third in the table as a result.

Jones’ side will be hoping to tighten their grip on a top-six place with a victory against Millwall on Saturday and it seems they’re up for it, with the Luton boss revealing his squad and staff are “chomping at the bit” after the international break.

But the Lions hold play-off aspirations of their own as they’re just four points back from sixth as things stand.

Their eight-match unbeaten run was ended by Stoke City ahead of the international break and, in his predictions for Sky Sports, Prutton has forecasted another defeat for the south London club.

Given the high-energy style of football that Jones’ team play and the injury issues they were faced with a few weeks ago, the break may well have come at the perfect
