According to a new leak, miHoYo may be looking at introducing a new system to help players with levelling their Travelers in-game.

According to a new leak from Blednaya, Hoyoverse is looking to implement in-game help for levelling characters by “providing talent-levelling recommendations, similar to Honkai Impact’s system. How or when this will be implemented is currently unknown.”
