Genshin Impact 2.6 Update: Farming Materials ahead of Ayaka Release

Ayaka is set to be released as part of the second part of Genshin Impact 2.6 Update, but what are the best materials to farm ahead of the character’s release?

Kamisato Ayaka is a 5-Star Cryo character, and she can easily be seen as one of the best DPS in the game.

Ayaka was first introduced in the gacha title back in version 2.0, meaning that players should be able to farm all of her ascension and talent materials during the current iteration of Genshin Impact.

Here’s everything you need to know about the best materials to farm in Genshin Impact 2.6 Update ahead of the release of Ayaka.

As noted, all of the ascension and talent materials that players will need for Ayaka should already be available to farm in-game.

Shivada Jade

Players will need to farm for the following to ascend Ayaka in the game:

Getting Shivada Jade isn’t too difficult, as it can be collected by taking on normal bosses such as Cryo Hypostasis, Cryo Regisvine, Maguu Kenki, Primo Geovishap and Perpetual Mechanical Array.

It’s worth noting that players can also use the crafting bench to make Shivada Jade Gems. You can find the crafting benches near the teleport waypoint in every major city in the game.

Handguards from Kairagi & Nobushi

Players will also need to get handguards that are usually dropped by Kairagi and Nobushi. You can get a decent amount of these since Nobushi and Kairagi move around in groups across Inazuma.
