Gabriel Martinelli has claimed that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is an 'unbelievable' coach.
Martinelli was signed from Brazilian side Ituano back in the summer of 2019 and he has since established himself as one of the most promising talents in north London, notching 16 goals and nine assists in 70 outings for the club.
The 20-year-old's goalscoring exploits even earned him the Premier League's player of the month award for December but it hasn't always been plain sailing at the Emirates Stadium.
The talented attacker was sidelined for over six months back in 2020 after sustaining a nasty knee injury but he has since revealed that Arteta played a huge role in keeping his spirits up during his time on the treatment table.
Speaking to The Athletic, he said: "I always try to be positive, but it was a really tough time. My parents are always with me, saying good things, saying I need to believe in myself and let any bad things pass.
"Then the next day you work hard and five and a half months after I suffered the injury, I was back playing. I did my rehabilitation in England and had a bit of recovery time in Brazil.
