Gabriel Jesus: Arsenal star's crazy assist vs Bodo/Glimt captured by fan

Gabriel Jesus has been one of Arsenal‘s best signings in recent memory.

The Brazilian striker has transformed Mikel Arteta’s side since arriving from Manchester City in a £45 million deal.

In 2022/23 Premier League action, Jesus has five goals and three assists to his name, making him one of the most prolific players in the division thus far.

The Brazil international is now delivering the goods for Arsenal in the Europa League as well.

Jesus came off the bench on Thursday night in the team’s 3-0 home win over FK Bodo/Glimt and produced a moment of pure magic late on.

The 25-year-old morphed into prime Ronaldo Nazario to assist Arsenal’s third goal of the game, which was scored by fellow summer signing Fabio Vieira.

Jesus picked up the ball near the touchline from a throw-in, danced his way through a crowded penalty area with some fancy footwork and then expertly put it on a plate for Vieira.

It was a snippet of action that summed up Jesus perfectly.

Yes, he’s the team’s main goal threat and focal point, but he also brings so much more to Arsenal by drifting out wide and picking off the opposition’s defence from alternate angles.

And one fan at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday managed to perfectly capture the moment Jesus showed off his tremendous all-round capabilities.

The footage from the stands really is a treat for the eyes…
