Fury vs Usyk: Round six and seven
Usyk is so hard to slow down. He just keeps marching forward. Fury dominated that last round but Usyk doesn’t yet seem to be feeling the pace of the fight and he immediately goes on the attack.
Fury does lead another good lead left hook, which he follows with a right to the body, but Usyk quickly fires back with a nasty combination to the head of Fury.
Usyk then darts into the pocket and Fury looks to wrap him up. He might be tiring just a little bit here. And Usyk then catches him with a big left! Fury grimaces and Usyk pounces, following up with a straight right that has Fury wheeling away from him.
The bell rings. That feels like a big round for Usyk
It sure seems like oddsmakers and the general public think Fury is winning this fight. Usyk started as a slight favorite to win at the opening bell but Fury has flipped that based on the early action. Still, the rounds are fairly close and viewers wont be surprised if judges see them a bit differently.
Fury vs Usyk: Round seven
The fight is at least half way through this bout. Usyk starts the on the front foot again, starting where he left off in the last round.
Usyk dipping, weaving, feinting, looking for an opening while Fury looks wary to pull the trigger. The Ukrainian lets a big left go but Fury is just out of range.
Moments later he lands a big left on the side of Fury’s head, but it wasn’t totally flush. Fury tries to counter as Usyk launches more attacks.
Usyk forces him back to the ropes and detonates another big left but the accuracy is not quite there, and the bell goes.
