Fulham vs Man City live early team news and what's needed for Champions League qualification

Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage of Manchester City's final day Premier League fixture.

The Blues are on the road at Fulham today and need a point to be certain of a top five finish and a place in next season's Champions League. Defeat would leave Pep Guardiola's side vulnerable to being overtaken by Newcastle United, Chelsea and Aston Villa.

City begin the day in third place in the table and Guardiola faces some tough selection calls, with the boss having spoken in the week about how he wants a small squad to avoid leaving senior players out of matchday squads.

With emerging reports that Kevin De Bruyne will join Napoli after this final game, the chances of him playing for City in the Club World Cup appear slimmer than ever.
