From Kartik Aaryan To Sidharth Malhotra: Bollywood Stars To Perform At WPL 2024 Opening Ceremony

The Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024 campaign is set to kick-off on a fiery note, with Bollywood meeting cricketing on the opening day. Bollywood actors Kartik Aryan, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Tiger Shroff are confirmed to perform at the curtain-raiser event of the second edition of the Women's Premier League. Last year, Sidharth's wife and Bollywood actor, Kiara Advani, had performed at the opening ceremony of the WPL 2023. Actor Kirti Sanon and singer AP Dhillon had also dazzled on the stage in the last edition of the T20 league.

The new season will begin with the first match of the campaign between the defending champions Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals on February 23. While the match is scheduled ot begin at 7:30 PM IST, the opening ceremony will start at 6:30 PM IST.
